Delight in curated wine flights from The Orcas Project, thoughtfully paired with a delectable trio of snacks crafted by Chef Nick Coffey. From Friday through Sunday, The Orcas Project wines will be available as a flight or by-the-glass. On Friday and Saturday evenings, Cole and Rachel from Doe Bay Wine Company will join us at Ursa Minor, pouring wines table-side and sharing the unique story behind The Orcas Project.
