Spend your last full day on the water with San Juan Outfitters and embark on a five-hour kayaking trip. Departing from Roche Harbor, the Orca Search by Kayak circumnavigates Henry Island, a small, mostly undeveloped island just northwest of San Juan Island. Stop on a pebble beach for a picnic lunch and enjoy sweeping views of the Olympic Mountains, Haro Strait, Vancouver Island, and the Canadian Gulf Islands.

Ready to get moving? Spend an afternoon at Climb San Juan — a climbing gym that’s ready to show you the ropes! Open to seasoned climbers and beginners alike, it’s the perfect activity for families. Then head north to visit the San Juan Islands Sculpture Park and see art in the great outdoors. With more than 125 sculptures situated on 20 acres, kids of all ages love to walk around and let their imaginations roam free.
