Savor curated wine flights from The Orcas Project, paired with a trio of delightful bites crafted by Chef Nick Coffey. The Orcas Project wines will be available as a flight or by-the-glass from Friday through Sunday (3/21, 3/22, 3/23).
On Saturday, March 22nd, Cole Sisson, owner of Doe Bay Wine Company and The Orcas Project, will join us at Ursa Minor, pouring wines table-side and sharing the story behind The Orcas Project.
