Ring in 2025 with an unforgettable evening of fine dining at The Restaurant, featuring Tirriddis Sparkling Wines. Our specially curated four-course Chef's dinner is designed to delight your senses and set the perfect tone for the year ahead. Your evening will begin with delightful welcome bites featuring candied nuts and artisan cheeses, followed by a starter, a choice of Filet Mignon, Grilled Cod or Roasted Cauliflower as an entrée, and a decadent dessert.

Enhance your meal with carefully selected wine pairings from Tirriddis for each course, or an additional appetizer course paired with the inaugural batch of M.V. Tirriddis Grand Rendition Rendition No. 1.
