This 75-minute performance features twelve Spanish-language poems, translated into English and recited by Anthony Geist (University of Washington), then sung in their original language by Paco Díez, a Spanish musician and philologist. The repertoire spans poets from Spain, Latin America, and U.S. Hispanics, as well as a Ladino poet. Featured Poets Include:Luis García Montero, Antonio Machado, Rafael Alberti, Federico García Lorca, Ada Limón, Rosario Castellanos, and more.
