Follow Lysistrata and her band of Renegades as the salvation of war-torn Greece lies in the hands of the matriarchy. This 45 minute dance theater piece incorporates burlesque and cabaret stylings to reinterpret the classical comedy by Aristophanes for a contemporary audience. Featuring a powerhouse soundtrack and all-local cast. Performance is for mature audiences ages 18+. This is a Valentine's Double Feature, with two shows slotted for 7PM and 9PM on both Friday and Saturday. Tickets are limited to 40 seats per show and will sell out fast. A waitlist will be available at the door for any no-show ticket purchases. There will be a DJ and dance party open to the public on Friday 2/14 and Saturday 2/15 at 10PM after the show. Free admission to the dance party with ticket purchase, or by cash donation at the door.
