Thank you for your interest! Requests should be made at least one month prior to travel, if possible. Media trips are to gain earned media rather than paid or sponsored posts. Please fill out the fields below as completely as possible. The more we know about you, the better we can prepare for your visit. Your comfort and safety are our utmost concern, so please let us know how we can best host you!

Note: July, August, and early September are blackout months for visits and it’s always easier to find media-rate or hosted lodging mid-week in the slower season.
